Olivia is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, with a special focus on empowering girls in STEM. At just 18, she designs workshops, speaks at events, leads community outreach, and co-hosts cultural programs. Representing JP Morgan on panels, at universities, and through initiatives promoting apprenticeships, Olivia inspires the next generation of technologists, earning her the title of Trailblazer Apprentice.
